We do not build the machines. We choose them.

Laser cleaning equipment for industrial distributors — 1.5 to 3 kW continuous wave and 100 to 300 W air-cooled pulsed. CE-tested as a family by an accredited third-party laboratory, shipped with the compliance file, the spare parts list and a lead time per item.

Why a trading company

One factory gives you one answer. Distributors need three.

A distributor's problem is rarely the machine. It is what happens when the quote, the certificate and the spare lens all come from the same place that also sets the price.

01

The factory sells its own product

A plant with one platform will recommend that platform for a shipyard and for a mould shop alike. We spec the requirement first — 3 kW for mill scale on a hull, 200 W for tooling — and hold the manufacturer to it, not the other way round.

02

The factory is not an export department

Pulsed units in this power class can fall under dual-use controls. Most factories will ship, and leave the licence question, the declaration parameters and the technical file to whoever buys. That gap is where shipments stop at customs.

03

The sale ends where support begins

A cleaning head is consumable-heavy: protective windows, nozzles, focus optics. If the reply to a spare parts request is "we will check with the factory", the distributor carries the delay. We quote lead times per item before the order.

See it work

Rust, off, in one pass.

No chemicals, no grit, no secondary waste stream. The layer leaves the surface; the substrate stays as it was machined.

What the video shows is the working distance and the scan pattern an operator learns in an afternoon — and the reason buyers ask for a sample cut on their own material before they commit.

Send us your part or your scrap piece and we will run it and film it. The video comes back with the parameters used — power, frequency, scan speed — so the result is reproducible on your floor.

Product lines

Two lines, two different jobs.

Continuous wave removes volume — rust, paint, mill scale, coating. Pulsed removes thin layers without heating the substrate. Selling one as the other is the most common mistake in this category.

Line 01

Continuous wave

1,500 / 2,000 / 3,000 W

  • Rust, paint, mill scale and coating removal at production speed
  • Handheld wobble head with touch display; robot mounting optional
  • Ship repair, steel structures, wind towers, rail, tank farms
  • Water-cooled with integrated chiller; 220 V or 380 V supply

Line 02

Pulsed

100 / 200 / 300 W air-cooled

  • Thin-layer removal with minimal heat input to the substrate
  • Moulds, tooling, weld seams, precision components
  • 25 kg trolley format, runs from a wall socket — no chiller
  • Configuration-dependent export classification — confirmed before quotation

Applications

Where the machine pays for itself.

In every case below, the purchase is not justified by the laser. It is justified by a process that is being banned, priced out, or is holding up the next stage of work.

Ship repair & shipbuilding

Hull plates, deck structures and weld seams before coating. Replaces grit blasting inside enclosed spaces.

Steel structures & bridges

Mill scale and old coatings before welding and re-coating. No profile damage on thin sections.

Rail & rolling stock

Bogie frames, underframe corrosion, weld preparation on repair work.

Wind & offshore

Tower sections, flanges and bolted joints; service work where abrasives are impractical offshore.

Oil, gas & tank farms

Surface preparation in hazardous areas where grit and dust are not permitted.

Construction equipment

Rebuild and resale preparation: removing rust and paint without media contamination.

Moulds & tooling (pulsed)

Release agent, rubber residue and scale from tool steel without altering surface geometry.

Precision & thin sections (pulsed)

Where continuous wave would distort the part: foils, shafts, coated assemblies.

OEM & private label

Your badge, our sourcing, someone else's factory.

For distributors and service groups who want their own brand without building a supply chain around a single plant.

Requirement

Power range, substrate, access and duty cycle. Written down before anything is quoted.

Selection

Two or three factories matched to the application, with the differences stated plainly, not hidden.

Branding & file

Badge, colour, manual and the CE technical file prepared for the entity placing it on the market.

Support

Spares list, lead times and a named contact — the part most private-label deals leave out.

A UK machinery distributor is already white-labelling our 3 kW continuous wave units for its own fleet customers. We wrote the technical file, they put their name on the machine.

Compliance

The part that decides whether the container ships.

Two rules govern this category, and they are independent of each other. One decides whether the machine may leave China. The other decides whether it may be sold in the destination market. A supplier who only knows the first will get the goods to the port and no further.

We check both before quoting, in writing, per configuration.

QuestionWhere it is decided
Is the unit dual-use controlled?Working mode, pulse width and beam characteristics — not wattage alone
Which licence applies?Per end user, per shipment; resale structures change the answer
Can it carry CE?Technical file and the entity placing it on the market
What changes in 2027?EU 2023/1230 replaces 2006/42/EC from 20 January 2027

Tell us the substrate and the power. We will tell you which line, and what it takes to ship it.

Specification sheets, configuration options and indicative pricing are sent on request. If the application does not fit either line, we will say so.
